Cies Islands Ferry Transfer

With this ferry ticket to the Cies Islands, you'll enjoy an unforgettable day on the "Island of the Gods". At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Puerto Deportivo Juan Carlos I de Sangenjo to take the boat to the islands.

After a journey of about 40 minutes, you'll arrive at one of the most spectacular locations in Galicia. You'll have the whole day free to explore each of its corners, rest on its extensive beaches or go hiking in its forests.

You can visit the lighthouse, Rhodes beach, Alto do Príncipes... You won't regret traveling to the Cies Islands! After spending an unforgettable day, you'll have to take the ferry back to Sangenjo, where the route will come to an end at 7 pm.

Return Schedule

The return ferry from the Cíes Islands leaves at 7 pm. With your ticket, you can make a round trip on the same day. If you'd like to return on a different day, please contact us.

Guided Tours in Low Season

In low season (October 1 - May 14), the ticket to the Cíes Islands includes a 1-hour tour with an official guide, since it's prohibited to visit the islands on your own during low season. The guide will accompany you during the boat trip from the port of departure. Once you dock at the Cíes pier, the guide will show you the main routes. During these walks, they'll explain the most important anecdotes and curiosities about the history and wildlife of this paradise Galician archipelago.

This visit, however, is not offered during the 10 days of the high season of Holy Week, that is, from the Friday before this festive week until Easter Sunday.

Authorization from the Xunta de Galicia

Please note that in high season (May 15 - September 30, and during Easter week), you'll have to bring your own authorization from the Xunta de Galicia to access the Cíes Islands. We'll send it to you by email as soon as possible. For the rest of the year, we won't send it to you, as the guide will bring it on the day of the tour.

Authorization for Campers

If you decide to stay at a campsite on the Cíes Islands, the campsite itself must process the authorization, or cancel it in case you want to cancel. If the authorization is not canceled by the campsite, the shipping company cannot cancel your boat tickets.

Meaning, if you want to cancel your trip to the Cíes Islands, you must contact the campsite first. Then, once the campsite confirms that it has processed the cancellation of your authorization, you must contact the shipping company (within the stipulated refund period) so that they can cancel your boat tickets.

Also, once an authorization is associated with a shipping company, it cannot be linked to another shipping company. Therefore, if you cancel your reservation with this company, you'll have to cancel your authorization and then process a new authorization.
